Alex J. Ness has years of experience in the areas of private banking, wealth management, and investment. He is the Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Welwaze Medical, Inc, a health tech company developing external sensors that allow users to monitor their health. Under the guidance of Mr. Ness, Welwaze has acquired intellectual property for its revolutionary early breast cancer detection device. Since 2016, the company has raised $11 million in funding and had filed a product patent.  

In the past, Alex J. Ness had established, co-founded, and worked with different companies. Mr. Ness was a Futures Commodities Junior Trader at W.B.B. Bank in Dusseldorf, Germany. After his job at the German bank, he became a part of Bank Sabadell N.A. as its Treasury Department Manager where his position had him handle the bank’s investment in foreign exchange, asset/liability management, and cash instruments.

As the Vice President for Private Banking at Bank Sabadell N.A., Alex J. Ness opened Mexico’s market portfolio, researched on investment options, advised clients, monitored their accounts, and more. Equipped with knowledge in private banking, investment, and wealth management, Mr. Ness co-founded Sofos Capital, LLC and established Domus One Group, LLC.
